ELIZABETH was afraid of her power.

That may sound odd, but it's all too common. She had a bold style laced with quick wit, and somewhere along the way, she got the message she needed to tone it down. You know, to "fit in." ROSE had three websites.

Each had a separate identity and promoted a particular service—but nowhere did she showcase her unique specialty. Rose had a small, dedicated client base, and new business came mostly from word-of-mouth referrals. She knew who her target audience was but not how to reach them or talk to them about what she could offer. Working together, we developed powerful themes that represent her brand. We brought in a graphic designer and translated the themes into memorable visuals for her marketing materials and website. Rose's new website has now become a major source of new referrals.

JAMES has a great product with a good return on investment.

But he was only reaching a fraction of his North American audience. He wanted to showcase his product and increase his sales. To do that, James needed a stronger brand, a new business name, clearer communications and a website that promoted his products and offered online sales. Because his main source of communication is his website, it needed to make a strong first impression, be easy to use and reflect the quality and service of his company. James' new website leads the customer from concept to education to sales. Now his website really is his sales team!
