ALVIN GOLDFARB JEWELER COMPANY BACKGROUND
  • Toward the end of the 1970's the writing was on the wall. Small businesses were being bought and run by large corporations. • Alvin Goldfarb founded his jewelry store in 1980 on the belief that each engagement, anniversary, birthday or holiday is special and should be celebrated as unique and significant. This is the foundation of the company's business and philosophy.

  • Goldfarb's believes that a gift of fine jewelry is an expression of love. Goldfarb's takes great pride in celebrating with their customers the times of their lives.

  • Situations that would seem to exemplify exceptional customer service are an everyday occurrence at Alvin Goldfarb Jeweler.

  • Alvin Goldfarb, Chairman and founder, began his jewelry career in 1957.

  • Steven Goldfarb, President, is a fifth-generation jeweler. His great, great grandfather, Sam Friedlander, founded "Friedlander and Sons."
  • Steven became president of the company in 1997. Alvin Goldfarb is the Chairman of the Board.

  • It is a source of pride within the company that the words, "We would never shop anywhere but Goldfarb's" is a quote heard often.
